Introduction to Veggielicious Converstions

Thank you to those of you who have patiently been awaiting my Blog posts.
I know it has been a long time coming.
This is a re-posting of the original introduction.
I hope that through this blog I am able to touch all who choose to take this journey with me.
Hello, my name is Carla aka Veggie Chef.
I am a Chef who specializes in vegetarian, vegan & raw food preparations.

This blog was not created to convert meat eaters to vegetarianism, veganism or raw foodist or tout the many virtues of a vegetarian, vegan or raw lifestyle.
My goal is to help & teach anyone who is willing and open minded how to create meatless food that tastes amazing and how important it is to live a healthy, whole lifestyle.
When I say whole lifestyle, I am not speaking solely of diet, wellness, fitness, etc.
I am speaking of an individuals' entire well-being which includes the aforementioned as well as, spiritual, emotional, psychological, familial and environmental.
We fail as people to understand the bodies need to be whole.'
We tend instead, to focus on one or two needs such as diet or physical exercise, without addressing the fact that other personal needs have a cause and effect on every aspect of our well being.
Our body is similar to a computer in that if one part is missing or not running properly, the mechanism slows down, becomes corrupt or shuts down completely.
We have the ability however, to fix our living machine through whole living.
My desire is to share my philosophy with those who wish to live better.
My hope is that through sharing my knowledge and or wisdom I too will be enlightened and live a better, more fulfilled life.
Join me on my journey through yummy healthy foods, insightful nutrition tips and suggestions and information on better body products.
